Kirsten was my ADHD Coach from November 2021 to February 2022. When I first met Kirsten, I felt very overwhelmed by my ADHD. I needed help to declutter my house and manage a large admin project. As well as being very knowledgeable and experienced in how to manage ADHD, Kirsten is also kind, non-judgemental, thoughtful, clear thinking and has a great sense of humour! She helped me learn how to set practical goals for my projects and what strategies would work for me, including how to realistically estimate the time it would take to complete a task and pace myself so that I could actually achieved it! After 4 months of working with Kirsten, I am really thrilled that I achieved all my goals and learnt a lot more about my ADHD and how to be kind to myself in the process. Highly recommend! Kirsten was supportive, very knowledgable and super friendly. Since being recently diagnosed and being in my late 30's, I found her sessions very insightful. What was helpful was not only understanding the practical and day-to-day stuff but also how ADHD can show up for me / affect me (sensory, self esteem / negative self image, breathing, overthinking, restlessness). It took me quite a while to figure out that I needed a coach – but once I did, I’m so glad I found Kirsten.
