Specialising in Adults , Teens and Children online and face to face
My goal is to help you find the best solutions for your unique ADHD challenges. Through partnership in coaching we work together to move you from where you are, to where to want to be. With the accountability that only a professional coaching partnership can provide.
I am a professionally trained and Certified ADHD Life Coach. I trained through the International ADHD Coach Training Centre. This training has given me more tools and understanding to help you to create the life you imagine and get a renewed sense of self, and to move you closer to your goals, whatever they are. I also have a deep understanding of ADHD as I myself have ADHD and was only diagnosed in late 2020. Many members of my family have ADHD so I speak ADHD really well.
Committing to a change in your life is exactly that – a commitment, and it’s a big one that will take a lot a dedication. My commitment is to provide you with accountability, understanding and support without judgement. Let's make your life better.

When I self-diagnosed at 48, I was overjoyed to discover that Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is not negative and my different set of abilities, I embrace as part of what makes me unique.
I often found learning to be a challenge and would usually daydream. Throughout my schooling I had two great teachers and …. And hyper- focus led to great marks!… After high school most jobs were initially challenging and became boring quickly. My thirst for knowledge would alleviate boredom and give me something new to focus on. I made a habit of returning to studying every few years. The first real job I was actually excited about was in a creative field, but I moved on from it because it didn’t lead to where I wanted to work. My natural rapport- building skills and attention to detail became evident in roles where I interacted with or helped people.
I decided to become an ADHD Life Coach, because I speak ADHD and understand first-hand how difficult and frustrating things can be. I also have experience navigating neurodivergence in small children to teenagers.
