About This Course
Our experts have designed this course to help you manage your ADHD and feel less stuck. In the course you will learn your strengths and learning styles, how to get out of overwhelm, how to manage the inner critic and RSD, better manage impulses, manage time, emotional regulation (handling big emotions like anger and anxiety), manage frustrations and tolerances, learn what works best for you when it comes to planning and prioritising and organisation. Our coach Kirsten has created each video lesson where she is with you every step of the way through worksheets and understanding the topic and how it can be applied to those with ADHD.
